Dear PM, In heavens the agels will weep!!

The Most respected PM,
on this 15th August
Do not give us promises,
Give us directives, give us orders,
We promise you that we shall obey.

Do not tell us what you have done.
Do not tell us what you will do
Tell us what needs to be done and it shall be done.

Do not tell us about your achievements,
Do not tell us what you plan to do,
We are wise enough to know and time will tell.

Do not tell us the reasons for what went wrong
Do not tell us what others did in past
Tell us what needs mending and we will correct it.

Do not tell us that do did nothing wrong
Do not tell us you trampled no innocent in your stride
It is cost of 'Revolution', we understand.

Do not tell us that all Indians are brothers and sisters,
Do not tell us to remain united, we always knew that
But those 'power greedy' kept us apart.

Do not tell us that we are progressing
Do not tell us that India is going to be superpower
All is futile even if one Indian sleeps empty stomach.

We are not Hindus, Muslims or Christians or Sikhs
We are Indians who have faith in you
We are Indians who have put our future in your hands.

Billions hearts, billion brains and billion hands
are waiting expectantly, for you to lead, you to guide
Do it prudently, do it with dedication
If you squander this chance
In heavens, the angels will weep!!

Power of a Ruler

Tsar's Finger

Tsar Nicholas I, the ruler of Russia wanted to build railway line connecting Moscow to St. Petersburg.
The engineers could not decide on the most suitable route and in year 1847, Tsar lost his patience.
He summoned all engineers, spread the map on table. He took a ruler and drew line connecting two cities.
Tsar's order, that to outraged Tsar's order and the orders were followed exactly.
Railway line was completed and the route opened in 1851.
While drawing the line between two cities, the great Tsar's finger which was slightly beyond the drawing scales edge, as he was holding the scale on the map.
The resultant line was not straight but had one small curve of 17 miles. Thanks to the Tsar's finger, the route was 3miles longer than straight line distance between Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The route remained like that for 151 years, until it was corrected in 2002.
That is the power of a 'RULER'  ( pun intended)

What are you going to do to Dr. Ved Vaidik??????

Letter to Shri. Narendra Modiji,

What are you going to do to Dr. Ved Vaidik??????

We love you, we respect you. We brought you to the power and have placed our lives, hopes and futures in your hand.
But we shall question you.
What are you going to do to Dr. Vad Vaidik?
How was it so easy for him to meet 'Enemy of Nation'? How could he have talks in friendly atmosphere with man who killed my brothers and sisters?
I am pained, badly hurt to see somebody talking to Hafiz in so friendly manner. Did Ved expressed his anger and anguish to Hafiz?
Vedik went to Pakistan as a member of official delegation and then you cannot treat his interview with Hafiz as his private/personal act. That is stupid logic put forth by your party in defence of Dr. Ved. If we extend this logic then your ministers can dance naked on beaches of Goa when on holiday as personal act. You officers can take bribes at home as private act.  Your party members can spend insanely huge sums of money in marriages of their sons and daughters and you can defend it as private act.
I am aware that even western media interviews Hafiz but they are never in Pakistan as member of official government delegation.  They represent their TV/Radio channels and newspapers not the nation.
Can you declare the 'purpose of visit', in Ved Vaidik's visa application? Can you declare who paid Ved's visit to Pakistan?  Can you declare who was official sponsor of Ved's visit?
Please do not be seen as someone who is defending 'Traitors of the Nation'.
Sir, be strong and take action. Having personal contacts with 'Enemy of the Nation' can be and must be treated as, sedition/ Antinational action'. Let the press, media know that 'freedom of press, media, speech and expression, comes with responsibility. The media must not think that they are above law.
I am aware that you cannot act as Mossad of Israel and cannot bring Hafiz to Delhi as Mossad  brought Adolf Eichmann back from Argentina but at least do not be seen as someone  'Helpless Can't Do"
Media's every action should be for nation's good.

We have faith in you but if you do not take any action then that might become first crack in our FAITH, in you.

Google's Glass

Google's Glass

Google says that its Glass wearable device is now available in Britain to early adopters willing to spend £1000 for a chance to dabble with the Internet-linked eyewear.

            Image: Wikipedia

Google expanded an "explorer" program beyond the United States for the first time by inviting British enthusiasts to buy the gadget online at Google Glass.

The eyewear, hotly anticipated by some, feared by others, has been available in the United States since May to anyone willing to spend $1500 on buying the device and becoming an "explorer."

The decision to open the Glass test, or beta, program in the UK came about a month after a one-day sale of the eyewear to the public.

In a possible sign of interest, the Glass page on the Google+ network has more than 736,000 followers and has been viewed more than 114m times.

Early this year, Google joined forces with Ray-Ban and other high-end manufacturers of branded spectacle frames to create and sell Glass eyewear in the United States.

The first smart glasses by Luxottica for Google Glass will go on sale in 2015, according to the Italian eyewear group.

Google has been working to improve the image of Glass, which has triggered concerns about privacy since the devices are capable of capturing pictures and video.

During the Explorer testing phase, developers are creating apps for Google Glass, which range from getting weather reports to sharing videos to playing games.

Glass connects to the Internet using Wi-Fi hot spots or, more typically, by being wirelessly tethered to mobile phones. Pictures or videos may be shared through the Google Plus social network.

Famine : What should we do?

------------------
समजू नको ढगा हे साधे-सुधे बियाणे

मी पेरले पिलांच्या चोचीमधील दाणे : आबेद शेख याचा एक शे'.

"Hey rain-god don't think that I am sowing ordinary seeds in my field,

my children are sleeping hungry and I am sowing morsels from their mouth"

There is very eminent danger of drought in India, Today's satellite image is very scary. We have to prepare for the worst.

What should we do?

1.  We should stop making political issue out of the natural calamity. We must not start  the 'blame game'. At this stage it is not important what previous government had done and where this government is falling short. We must support, contribute in full force nation's fight against famine. As Pandavs had said, "Against outside enemy we are hundred and five". We must unite in this war.

2.  We must curtail water usage even in towns and cities. Save water at every point. Shower-bath, washbasins, swimming pools, watering gardens, washing cars, water pipe leakage, there are innumerable points where we can save water. If city dweller curtails water usage, then it may not give additional water to the farmer or villages but that will show our solidarity. It will be heinous crime if one wastes water just because famine has not affected him or her.

3.  Government must make loans, grants available to farmers at reasonable terms. No farmer should go to private money lender for borrowing money.

We must bear in mind, that we eat because farmers toil, take great risks and grow grains for us.

4.  NO FARMER HAS EVER COMMITTED SUICIDE FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO REPAY BANK'S LOAN. THE KILLERS ARE PRIVATE MONEY LENDERS.

5.  Tankers, water trains and other emergency measures must be taken but with clear notion in mind that we are doing this last time. All irrigation projects, dams, dykes and canals must get completed in timely manner and in most scientific way. Every person sweating to complete these works must be properly compensated.

6.  There will be evil men trying to take advantage of this situation and making money out of misery of other people. These 'grave diggers' must be spotted and must be severely punished.

7.  There is no obstacle that we cannot cross and there is no war that we cannot win, if we are together. Together, We Can!!!
